INTERNTAIONAL DELIVERY:

For international delivery of our goods, we work with the following services:

• Russian Post (EMS)
• DHL

The cost of courier delivery to other countries is calculated individually and is carried out only when the goods are paid in full on the website pomorsalt.ru/en/. After placing and paying for your Order, our manager will contact you and agree on the terms of delivery.

When shipping our products, we pay special attention to packaging and transport safety. You can bank on it that the goods will be delivered to you in one piece.

You can cancel your Order at any time before it is delivered to the courier service, and after the transfer you can do it within 7 (seven) days, which excludes the day of purchase. Let us know about your order cancellation. To do this, text us at the email address info@pomorsalt.ru. Please indicate CANCELLATION in the subject line. The money paid by you for your order are refunded when we receive the returned product, no later than 10 (ten) days from the date of your request, except for the costs of shipping the product from you to the online store and the actual (rather than the stated on the site) delivery of the product to you.
